Policy for custom orders


Approval and personalization confirmation

Before production begins, we will send a digital proof showing design, spelling and placement. Please review carefully and reply "Approved" to confirm. Production will not start until we receive your approval.

Accuracy and Changes

Spelling and Placement: 

Please ensure all names, dates, and layout preferences are correct in your proof. 

Pre-production changes:

You may request edits before approval at no charge. 

Post-approval changes:

Changes after approval may require a new proof and ADDITIONAL FEES if materials have been prepared. 

Cancellation and timeline

Cancellation before approval:

You may cancel before approving proof; a DESIGN/SETUP FEE may apply if mockups were created. 

Cancellation after approval:

Once approved, and we begin production, orders cannot be cancelled without REOWRK/MATERIAL FEES, as your piece is made to your specifications. 

Pre-shipment review

We'll send final photos before shipping. If something looks off, tell us right away so we can address it before the order leaves the shop, if applicable.

Damages and shipping

Once your order is handed to the carrier, Handcrafted Impressions is not liable for shipping delays, damages or lost packages. We'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
